Plants

Forbes Lawn and Landscape LLC guarantee the health of all vegetation we plant for one year (annual plants exempted). We insure that your plants will be disease and pest free at the time of installation, but cannot warrantee against infestation due to conditions already existing on site.  We will replace any plant that does not perform within one year of installation. We will also attempt to match as close as possible on the size and species of the original plant. Any replacement shall be guaranteed for the remainder of the original warranty period only.

 

Lawn Installation

Forbes Lawn and Landscape LLC guarantee that your lawn will be installed according to industry standards. In the case of turf seeding, we guarantee that with proper watering, your lawn will germinate acceptably. Since sod and turf seed are perishable products, the success of the installation depends wholly on the care given after installation and we cannot make any guarantee as to the continued viability of your lawn.

 

These guarantees do not cover damage due to acts of God, neglect (lack of watering), vandalism, theft, pest, etc.
